1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the et645 website, mobile site, or any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players of et645.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active et645 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. et645 may use technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, et645 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances, bonuses, or winnings.

6. Prohibited Conduct

When using et645, you agree that you will not:

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit et645's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
